Product Protection Plan – Premium Refund Terms

1、Effective upon purchase. The Product Protection Plan attached to your order takes effect immediately upon successful payment, with coverage commencing from the moment of purchase.
2、Premium non-refundable. As the insurance coverage is activated and provided at the time of purchase, the premium is deemed fully incurred at that point. Accordingly, the premium is non-refundable in any circumstance, including but not limited to order cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.
3、Refund calculation. Where a refund is applicable, the refund amount shall be calculated based solely on the item price actually paid. The premium paid for the Product Protection Plan shall not be included in, or form part of, the total refund amount.
